Filiberto's started as a family dream — a place where the food tasted like it did back home, where you could taste the difference handmade tortillas make, and where every guest felt like family.

We opened our doors on 4th Street in 1993, and from day one, the rule was simple: nothing frozen, nothing rushed, nothing that wouldn't be served to our own table. That's still the rule today.

Our tortillas are pressed by hand every morning. Our salsas are roasted and blended fresh. Our meats are seasoned with recipes passed down through generations. It takes more time. It costs more. But it tastes like it should.
